scott (50# kb): 4 rounds + 12 c/j + 12 p/u + 200m run
anthony (50# kb): 3 rounds + 400m run
bobby (30#kb): 3 rounds + 12 c/j + 400m row + 2 p/u
candace (30# kb, banded p/u): 4 rounds + 200m run
frank (50# kb): 3 rounds + 400m run + 6 p/u
